Cardiovascular disease such as:
Ischaemic Heart Disease – stable angina, acute coronary syndrome
Arrhythmias – atrial fibrillation/flutter, ventricular ectopy, tachy/bradyarrhythmia
Heart Failure – reduced and preserved ejection fraction
Hypertension & Dyslipidaemia – primary prevention and secondary risk reduction
Dr Sen manages all phases of cardiovascular care:
1
Risk Assessment & Prevention
Baseline cardiovascular risk profile, lifestyle counselling, and optimisation of modifiable factors
2
Diagnostic Evaluation
ECG, stress testing, echocardiography, cardiac MRI/CT, and biomarker analysis

Therapeutic Management
Pharmacologic therapy, and referral for interventional procedures where indicated
4
Long‑Term Follow‑Up
Ongoing monitoring, medication titration, and coordination with primary care and allied health
Cardiac Imaging in General Cardiology
Dr Sen is proficient in the judicious use of multimodality cardiac imaging, including transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, cardiac MRI (with tissue characterisation), and coronary CT angiography. These tools are used to diagnose structural disease, assess myocardial function, and guide therapeutic decision‑making.
