Dr Sen manages all aspects of cardiovascular medicine, with special interests in cardio-oncology, valvular heart disease and advanced cardiac imaging.
Indications for referral
Chest pain, cardiovascular co-morbidities and ischaemia risk
Shortness of breath, reduced exercise tolerance and heart failure symptoms
Palpitations and/or syncope
Cancer-therapy associated cardiovascular complications (e.g., pre-treatment risk stratification, surveillance during therapy, management of cardiovascular toxicity, survivorship care)
Assessment and management of valvular heart disease (e.g., aortic stenosis requiring detailed phenotyping including complex low-flow states, comprehensive valve assessment)
Consideration of advanced cardiac imaging (e.g., cMRI, CTCA, multimodality imaging interpretation)
Optimisation of cardiovascular risk profile (including lipid/cholesterol management)
